We are a family run operation that believes it is extremely important for you, the consumer, to know where your food comes from, how it was raised, and who raised it! Our goal is to bridge the gap between consumer and rancher so you can rest easy knowing the food you feed your family is not only delicious, but also wholesome, and pure.
NO SHORTCUTS
Our cattle are born and raised right here in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming! Since we are able to see the entire process from start to finish, we know exactly what goes into our beef, and know the exceptional quality in which they are fed, treated, and raised. There are no shortcuts taken here.
From our ranch to your table
We ship our premium dry-aged beef to your doorstep. Our beef ships frozen in our special insulated boxes, on dry ice, and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.
We ship at the beginning of every week. Any order placed later than that will go out the next week. We don't want our packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend due to the nature of shipping a frozen product. To avoid this, we only ship at the beginning of each week.
